Jim Estep

Jim has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in web development, human resource development, high stakes communications, business reorganization, operations management and marketing.  His education includes Business Management at Utah State University, specialized training in Customer Service, Business Writing, HR Interviewing and Hiring and Total Quality Management from ITT, and is a graduate of the National Residential Mortgage Lending School.

Jim is the VP/CFO of Accelerated Marketing Group, and is a California licensed Real Estate Agent.  His entire 31 year career has been spent in operations and financial management for multiple industries including Real Estate, Banking, Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending, Food Services, Manufacturing and Distributing.  He has a proven aptitude in learning systems quickly and managing teams to successful completion of tasks that include implementation of computer systems (initial installations as well as conversions), department reorganization, and marketing fulfillment.

Jim has a broad organizational perspective and a solid understanding of organizational systems.  The center of his practice is to design and drive the implementation of programs that increase sales and profitability, provide organizations with scalability, and institutionalize organizational culture and methodology.

Jim has complete oversight of all outsourcing for AMG, and is able to manage projects to keep them on or under budget and complete on-time delivery to all of AMG clients.
