Birgit Rickert

  Birgit earned her Accounting and Business Applications degree in Innsbruck, Austria. After graduation she immigrated to South Africa by herself with $50 to her name and limited knowledge of the English language.

  Her 30+ year career in accounting and business management spans over 3 continents and diverse industries. Birgit came to the US in 1981 and founded Spirito Italiano, where she imported wines from Italy, Austria and France to be distributed exclusively for fine Restaurants in Colorado. She sold her successful business after 2 years, and worked her way up to Controller for several hi-tech companies.  She has been instrumental in the turn-around of 2 failing businesses who are still in business today as a result of Birgit’s vision and management skills. 

  Prior to joining Y2Marketing Birgit worked for Nestle Ice Cream Company as the Trade Promotions Administrator overseeing a $110 Million Dollar annual Trade Budget. When Nestle implemented the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system in the company she was selected to be a corporate trainer, teaching the use of the system to employees throughout the US.

  In 2003, Birgit became a Certified Master Consultant for Y2Marketing, the nation’s largest firm for marketing consulting and media fulfillment services.  Currently, Birgit is an associate with Accelerated Marketing Group (AMG).  AMG comprises a team of Y2Marketing Agents who focus and work together on marketing projects for mid-sized to large companies.  The variety of personal backgrounds and talents insures thorough implementation of the "Monopolize Your Marketplace" system.  This system has resulted in significant increases in sales and revenues for more than 10,000 companies nation-wide.
